Mind Body Bridging Coming to Toronto for the First Time!
Inspirational Works is extremely pleased to announce that the scientifically proven Mind Body Bridging, will be coming to Canada for the first time with two Toronto workshops in June, 2011. The first workshop on overcoming stress, anxiety, fear and depression will be held on Saturday June 11th.
The second workshop on finding happiness in relationships will be on Sunday June 12th. Both will take place at the Toronto Mariott Hotel on Bloor. Find more details here.

Inspirational Works is thrilled to announce two AYP Yoga and Meditation Retreats upcoming in 2011! They both will take place at the St. Francis Retreat Centre, the first on the May 13 to 15 weekend and the second on the August 12 to 14 weekend. More information can be found here.
