Prices
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change.

Cancellation policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions can be made for documented medical emergencies, refunds will be in the form of credits for future events of a similar nature. All book, CD or DVD purchases at events are also final sale. Damaged books, CDs or DVDs will be replaced free of charge within 60 days of purchase.

Attendance of Minors
Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Unfortunately children under the age of 12 are not eligible to attend Inspirational Works Events.

Conditions
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspirational Works, the host venue, agents, representatives and employees against all claims, losses, liability, damages (including legal fees and expenses), costs and charges of every kind resulting from (i) its occupancy of the Event space or its environs, (ii) the use of equipment or devices furnished to or used by the individual in connection with the Event, and (iii) personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage sustained by Inspirational Works, the facilities or the attendee to the Event and their respective directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees or those for whom the attendee is responsible by law.

Inspirational Works shall not be liable for any cancellation or postponement of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to any act of God, casualty, fire, flood, storm or tempest, disease, explosion, riot, civil commotion, strike lock out or boycott, earthquake, malicious damage, industrial action or act of terrorism.

Inspirational Works reserves the right to amend the program for the Event. The date and content of event(s) is subject to change at any time.

Attendees understand and agree that Inspirational Works is not responsible or liable for any content, comment or remarks made by presenters at Inspirational Works events. Presenters alone are responsible for content and attendees are free to accept or reject information presented by their own free will.

No purported variations or amendments to these terms and conditions shall be of any effect unless accepted in writing by Inspirational Works.

No failure or delay by Inspirational Works in exercising any of our rights under these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be a waiver of that right.

Privacy Policy

Inspirational Works will keep your information confidential. We will never sell or distribute any information with out your expressed consent. Any information entered on our site will only be used for internal purposes.

Any testimonials placed on the website will only be done so with permission and will only include first name and city of residence unless otherwise requested.

Inspirational Works Anti-Spam Policy

No unsolicited email will be sent out. It is our policy to send email only to people that have signed up for our newsletter or requested more information. If you are receiving email announcements or newsletters from us in error or would like to be taken off of our mailing simply reply and notify us and your email address will be promptly removed. Please accept our apologies if you have received any mail from us in error.
